In this weekend's Food & Drink Issue, you'll find something you might never otherwise see: nearly 130 employees of Marcus Samuelsson's Harlem restaurant, Red Rooster, gathered in one place, and standing still. Stephen Wilkes photographed the group around 10 a.m. on a Saturday, and everyone — from the line cooks to the dishwashers to the chef himself — wore their work outfits.
