If you read Adam Davidson's "It's the Economy" column, you might think that he is a pretty smart guy who knows a lot about how the exchange of money and ideas shapes our thinking. What you wouldn't know, however, is that Adam isn't interested in only beer mergers or finding a nanny for his 1-year-old. He also likes to sing Kelly Clarkson songs at the top of his lungs, make henna designs and watch endless loops of "Full House" reruns. He also wore only green clothing for an entire year when he was 38.
I'm kidding! But if you knew Adam as I do, you'd know that Adam loves to talk — whether in 1,200-word weekly columns or sporadic 140-character bursts. As such, he is, as of now, the magazine's second-ever guest Twitter host, valiantly steering the @NYTmag account all week. He is taking over the reins from Adam Sternbergh, our culture editor. Next week, we'll find another guy named Adam to do it. Meanwhile, get your Dave Coulier Tumblr pages ready.
